spawns a indestructible shield for 2 or 3 seconds [no pvp]

This was the original design for the Arcane weapons, but after playing it, it wasn't very fun since it was hard to kill without procs. Maybe to grant bonuses for non-weapons/accessories, but certainly not weapons.
