Arcane Deary portals gone?

I remember arc deary dropping portals to get to places like expedition. (which i need to go, but can't normaly because of my level.)

I played in tombs, but no portals so far?

I’m going to guess it’s because that yellow ring means he doesn’t count as a boss
Try on dudes with a red ring
