Just start to Play on brackets above lvl 20
A maxed lvl 11 rog Set already will Cost you up to half a Billion. Or try to make unpopular brackets active since 48 and 62 are way too expensive

31-36 is a good bracket imo, because it has enough gears that are available and dont Cost much, lower brackets need pandemic, icescale Armor/helms, also avarice belts that are hella expensive.
People are just lazy to awaken their own gears
