Para gem items

I am more thinking about a gem which gives more damage than para. It’s weaker for 81 but more powerful for low levels. Means para gems are not touched at all. Just there’s better ones to use. Ppl will get new gears new awakes. Economy of low lvl pvp will boom.

That doesnt make Sense, why would they be weak on endgame but op lower levels and in the Same time Not compare able to a para gem
