Non class accessories from specific-class locked crate still unfix, new Artifact still all classes

Please fix wrong class artifacts, belts, rings and pendants in class specific crates.

As mentioned in the Winter Feedback thread, the class-specific crates have may have equipable accessory items for your class, but only the guaranteed loot will guarantee the preferred stat for your class.
