Tricky Business Bug

[Creeping Panda]

I've completed the quest and turned it in. Now when I go to quests it says to find Vulnar Whatever bub and kill him. But there is no actual quest there... just the tip. I even went and killed him again. Nothing happens nor updates. Still showing one quest to complete but I turned it in....

Any ideas?

This is sorta like a bug the tip is actually telling you the quest instead of giving hint on where to get them.
To get this quest go to Blackstar Base and go to the right side near Auction section. Look for the bulletin there 2 of them around there, 1 should give you the quest.
