Has anyone looted a Kraken pendant yet?

I for one havent seen any yet and am curious to know if anyone has looted. Drop rate seems extremely low for these.

There was one in cs for 100m apparently, haven't seen any others. They aren't in the guaranteed loot list either which is lame so wouldn't bother with the store crates

If they have, and its only from new locks, it is "bound". STS Dumb Move.

They are not bound. There were bound armors/helmets but those have been fixed.
