Did some grinding got legendary bracelet knowing that recipe is 1% drop rate no point trying hard wasting time and energy so event done? We got the belt and recipe is almost impossible no point running chest contains legendary max that's it after you get it event done

I am just wondering...is it really necessary for the recipe to be this rare? I mean, it's not like this bracelet is going to be the only good bracelet in game right? I'm sure you guys will release much more powerful bracelets in the (near) future, so what's the point in making it so rare?
