Broken Strongbox chest

Hello Devs! Is the broken Strongbox chest drop rate broken? I’ve opened around 200-250 Chest and never got an Arcane item from it. The loot selection aren’t too much but made me wonder why I never got any Arcane Items from it, all I got was mythic items.

Would it be better to make a post next time in forum along with the drop rates percentage of each items that are in the chest, sack, box etc. every event?

Not trying to compare Arcane Legends to other games but I’ve seen other games with their drop rates percentage besides their chests, spins, or box.

This is totally normal in Arcane Legends unless u opens 1000+ and getting trash items, thy shall complain.
