Most of holders gone

I can't find monster, armor, weapon, aura, halo, pet holders in furnishing to buy.

Only new title and badge holders are available for purchase.

This is fixed if you patch (log out and log back in).

There's another couple of glitches:
- holders tab appears twice
- when I try to buy monster holder nothing happens (not sure if other holders work)
