Retain last character used in the list of Characters + search bar

I think this is a common scenario others can relate: I'm at my 100th character slot to craft jewels, or stash eggs, and go to the 101st, I'll have to scroll again from the list starting from the 1st character. Can it be that the list stays on the last character used in the list? (If I'm at my 100th char, and go back to "Characters", I will be on the page of characters 99th-105th, and not 1st-5th).

Also a search bar would be helpful, so instead of scrolling from the 100th char back to the 1st char, we would just search the name of the 1st character on the list.

Furthermore, I think it would help in the organization if the team adds numbers numerically on the corner of the characters in the list.

Would also be nice to heart characters as favorites that show up in level order at the top of the list just like how gears work.
