Cryostar and Antignome

In original announcement of Cryostar Unleashed event it says that both normal and elite Cryostar can drop Antignome helm and belt -

@asommers or @cinco does elite Cryostar have better chances or they are the same? How chances to loot helm from Cryostar compare to normal Hugal?

Trying to figure out what is the best place to farm Antignome helm.

@cinco @asommers just to be clear: I am not asking about specific drop rate numbers.
All I am asking is whether all 3 places (normal Hugal and both Cryo) have the same chance to drop Antignome helm or elite Cryo has higher chance.
