Is it possible to have new legendary set on goblin boss chest? Like new style of pandemic set and blighted amu much base stat and armor than old ones?

No, they changed the price from 400,800 plat to 2750 plat. For black heraldic. My guess.

Agree, they couldve made it to Bjorn's juggernaut outfit to make it all fair for all the classes having outfit from NPCs
