Heroic anky bugged

As title says, heroic anky is bugged atm.

Range is way too big, taunts the whole map.


Fix this ASAP ppl got top 10 by just abusing this bugg.

Sorry, this is as-designed.

For future events using this mechanic, we'll just need to make sure the mobs care more about the npcs than the players.
