I don't know if its intended or not but when we kill the boss with 2 luck elixirs stacked(25 and 30) and binding stone elixir during you loot tokens twice after you reroll twice on same boss and in the portal relic too happens same check the attachment for the loot I received and elixirs active so you can recreate the scenario.
