All mythic weapons are normal version except the aquaris is showing up to be peylon's custom aquaris staff. Is this a bug? If its not, is it lootable and tradable?

This a mistake, we'll get it fixed and get any bound ones people have gotten swapped out.

This has been addressed, any bound ones that people had gotten are now unbound, and crate now contains the unbound one.
