We did remove slots that were pilfered during the login rewards exploit period. If you looted 25 slots by virtue of that login rewards system exploit, their removal was completely and totally fair - and it would not be a good use of time to complain to Customer Service about their absence.
Of course: if you purchased 25 slots (or acquired them through means that were not affected by the aforementioned exploit) and they are now missing, we need to deal with that - and Customer Service will be glad to help you :-)
