Is EU server possible?

On behalf of all EU players i want to ask what are the chances of getting an EU server so EU players stop struggling with ms.

There is no question that poor connection is the most frustrating thing to face and it greatly damages the individual’s game performance and positive experience over all.

Now everybody knows that this is not free but how much is it? How much more income does AL need in order to pay for this? Are we far?

My opinion is if you want the game to keep living and generating you guys more $ you need invest in some proper advertising along with the new expansion and a good server. Having to go to America in order to play AL properly, in 2023, sounds very discouraging and unfair, hope you guys can fix this.

Plus 1, I'm in the US but my friends are all over. Ping is always their number 1 enemy.

Our servers run on AWS (US East). We have no plans to run servers elsewhere. We've recently implemented and enabled support for AWS global accelerator (link) in the hopes that it will improve performance.

We are still tweaking things on the back end and taking a look at global performance before making an official announcement.
