Can 2 or 3 people do consternation aps?

Any dev can tell me if this is possible or do any players know if this is possible?
Like, say, someone makes 2 totems for their side can the other 2 players use theirs and everyone still gets the aps?
Or say with just 2 people, if both people made 2 totems of their type could they do it?

Yes if the one with 2 totems rejoins and then only those 2/3 get the aps and people who havent used any totem wont (if u try to carry a 4th without totem it wont work).
