I'm always stuck on the loading screen when I want to enter the map, please fix this.

We can't do anything with you simply saying "I'm stuck." We can't reproduce this issue (works for us).

Give us as much detail as you can so we can look into it:

• What's your character name?
• Going from where to where?
• When does it occur?
• How are you triggering the zone transition?
• Any screenshots?

Stuck Loaded when entering the map.

Entering the guildhall has no problems loading.

When I use a wifi network I will get stuck on loading.

When using a cellular network there are no problems.


All my friends also complain about the same thing.

For now I'm dealing with it by using VPN but I don't want to keep playing using VPN, thank you for responding.
