Need help for new players about joining or leaving guild

Hi, are there any penalties for leaving or joining guilds, are there any guild hoppers?I thought my platinum got lesser when I changed guild...might be wrong though.

Nope, no penalties for either leaving or joining a guild. Definitely not plat penalties O.o
