So many games out there do boss raids as a guild bonus. If you look at raid shadow legends clan boss you and your guildmates individually attack a boss and try to survive and deal as much damage to the boss as possible. There are different difficulties of bosses that the guild leader would set up based on what he thinks the guild can handle. There is also a leaderboard where you can see what kind of damage each player contributed and each player was allowed to attack two times. Each player participates and does damage to the boss on a daily basis and works together to defeat the boss. At the end of the day the guild gets chest rewards for completing the boss and the higher the guild boss defeated the better rewards you get. The clan boss rewards should be rewarding enough that people would want to try and defeat the highest tier boss for better loot. I think it would be fun to have daily guild quests and daily guild raids to encourage logging in every day and playing the game. It could also be a good way for new players to receive rewards outside of event farming as well.
