PLATINUM error

i recently bought a 165 plat in app purchase and i did not get any plat but that wasnt the problem because that always happen to me and usually get it within 36 hours but now it didnt happen and now ita been like 2 days and a half. also i tried to instal and uninstall but it still wont work.

wat makes this worse is that i tried a difrent aproach and signed in my other email account which i rarely used (like used it only 2wice) then auta nowhere the plat whent to that rarely used account. WTH happend and can someone help me?

and hopefully i can get the plat to my original account.

ive also noticed that the last time i got my plat correctly everytime i got online and even during i play a pop up shows up making me put my password and email like if i was gona buy plat. this happend every day for like 1 month and it still continues.

pls help if i get no help then i guess ill stop playing even tho i wasted about 70$ in this game.
