Store locked crates

Why does the store locked crates not have the new star beast gear helm//armor//artifact in for guaranteed loot? It's only kraken gear. When I opened crates a few weeks ago I got all rouge star beast armor x4 from store crates from my guaranteed loot.

I don't know offhand, but you can look at the list in game. Choose as you see fit.
