I am facing the same issue on both my Android devices (Pixel 7 Pro - Android 14; OnePlus 9 Pro - Android 13)...
Did the latest update somehow break the Titles in Android version?
I cannot set "None", "I'm AFK", and/or "Guild Name" as title (also nothing shows under All section)...
I can see and set the titles under Achievement/Campaign/Event/Seasonal sections though...

This is a bug with the 2.8.5 clients, will be fixed with 2.8.7, available soon.

Title bug
It’s showing I have 0 titles and when I click on ‘Sabo’ guild name title and press set title , it’s not even changing the title . It’s bugged pls fix it
