Level 71 character in temple event

Do anyone use an account in this temple event that is level 71, to see if mobs and boss, has health/damage dropped to this level?
Like as i read in posts it is open for level 71+, but now is kinda useless if the mobs/boss do same damage as they do for level 86.

I think that kraken gear far outshines the level 71 gear with the exception of the stat increasing gear. I doubt that even if at lvl71 the enemies are weaker that you would be able to kill the enemies fast enough to survive the damage at higher waves. Might be wrong but thats just my opinion.
