There is no level restriction to enter the zone - but the encounter itself is Level 86 (and does not scale to lower levels).

So you can go as a lower level toon but you may want to bring a couple of endgame friends with you :-)

Low levels with friends can most certainly play (they get carried) - but if you insist on running solo with a Level 10 HC you're gonna die.

We respect your decision Sir, but not everyone here want to be burden by other players, just to be carried in event. Anyway the only catches my interest is the new gem to upgrade gear which it's "none removable". It's much better if it's removable gem so we can try multiple times to get the super gem but yeah it is what it is.
