u need full krak proc set on start (krak bow, krak armor, krak belt, krak/outlaw amul, krak/rahab arti, immo brace
also u need gl set, without it farm hedo have no sense
after this u have to buy dmg gear 3/3 starbeast set (best for it is helm armor belt, also u can use arti and ring for sb set)
pet hb: heroic flame

Is the heroic flame that important? How about arcanite Malthus?

heroic flame mainly for the crit damage and boss damage. If you do fine without these extra stats, any pet would you use is fine.
