We're going to try disabling pet evolution bonuses in PvP. If we get pushback, we'll need to think of something else.
The only achievement I'm considering dropping 200 Tier 7 Pets (but it will make a return at some point in the future). The rest will stay.
Although the shard rarities cost the same amount of Platinum, higher rarities require more shards.

As it stands now, you lose your progress, but we'll consider this. We would need to keep tier progress per trainer instead of per pet.
We considered that before launch and it's still a possibility for the future. We do plan on releasing additional trainers at some point.
The store shard kits are only available during the event.
