How Proc works?! please Help!

if the proc krak is working? will the SB proc not be usable until the proc krak finishes its cooldown period?

Each item slot has individual cool downs for procs. Once you activate a proc( Let's say Kraken Sword), then you will not be able to activate another weapon proc until your previous one( Kraken Sword) is off of cool down.

Short answer to your question is yes.

Now I'm assuming you mean a SB weapon proc and not the SB Set. Star Beast Set has its own cool down(Set Cool down).

Some weapons do not have cool downs on their procs, and those would stack. Very limited though.
