Bcs people just simple don buying it with plat when it is on sale in vendor during event doesn't mean it is rare, as they know it worth max 40m but cost u 300 plat. In facts, he keep shouting in paradise to buy this rare vanity for 1b hahaha. Really cannot stop laughing. Just becareful of those scammer because they will go into their alt to start selling the overpriced items. So, you might think that the item they are selling have very high value and they sell you at a 40% discount. And after you brought the item, you will never find the initial guy who offer 1b anymore.
