for people to grind alts ?
its the same crazy people that are "honor competitors" who wait there for random players to rush and gang.

normal pvp is active at level 86.

There is no reason to do this, since there will be no rewards, people mentioned it to sts to make the Banners only available to one Account each season but they didnt. There were also a few Players good enough on all classes that got into top 10.

Also not everyone wants to spend 2 Billion Gold for a mid Set in a proc based bracket, where you'll have to Exchange your Gears everytime after they released something new.

The people who seriously would want to Play will Queue Up and wait even for a few hours.

I would appreciate any effort they put into pvp. I've seen a lot of good suggestions over the years. They just don't care.
