I know people are using them at twink pvp, someone must know what the damage is. If not, maybe a dev can tell us exactly how much damage they add.

It deals decent damage, but there’s no way it’s gonna be useful in endgame PvP. There’s simply too many freeze immunity abilities that will prevent hailstone from proccing consistently.

We get stunned constantly. Even through jug. Why are we forced to guess on these things. Should have a straight forward description.

Yea.. idk the bonus damage work when freeze or when the ice break?
