I just bought 4,000 plat. It says there is an additional 2,500 platinum with purchase, but I did not receive it. I would like a refund.

The bonus platinum is based off of the base ratio. It's not 4000 + 2500. If you bought the $100 of the base package, you would have received 1500 Platinum. Buying the $99 package gives you 2500 more (or 4000 total).

If you haven't spent it, you can always request a refund from the App Store you purchased from and it will deduct from your account.

It think the “+2500 platinum!” is only indicating how much extra plat you will be getting by buying more.
i.e. if you bought $100 worth of 75 plat you would get 1500.

Correct, but it wasn't our intent to mislead. If it's unclear, we'll remove the tag until we can come up with something better to communicate the difference (or just let the player figure it out).

Most games would give u the base 4,000 premium currency plus the extra 2,500 making u have a total of 6,500plat total and u can do it once every 4-6month the way yall have it is werid tbh and confusing

Personally this looks great and the 4000 plat is REALLY appreciated as it has always taken 2 purchases to get those guaranteed chest counts.

In my opinion, I actually prefer the look of the old platinum package, now it looks like a poster stuck on the wall.
