My accounts are gone, is it normal?

Hello I’ve had this game since like 2016 something like that I stopped logging in around 2023 maybe? Now that i logged in I found all my characters are gone, I was collecting some cool vanity’s over time, is it normal for all characters to be deleted over time?

I think that's normal, because sts once said in one of the threads that they will delete data from accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

So for anyone who wants to take a temporary hiatus, at least they have to check or log in regularly, to avoid something like this happening in the future.

Why do I say it's normal because I experienced it, one of my old accounts no longer exists, when I logged in I was asked to create a new character.

And I had sent an email to support at that time, and got a reply that the old account could not be used because it had been inactive for a long time, I forgot the details.

Closing. We don't delete an account unless the account owner chooses to. Most likely you logged in with a different credential type or email if you think it's gone. Support may be able to help you (link).

I contacted support 2 days ago about my deleted characters ticket (551149) I’ve provided proof they were my characters via email but I haven’t got a single reply yet, I’d feel so sad to know there’s no chance of getting them back and starting a new character isn’t a option I had many collectibles and pets I was proud of. Is there another email that I can contact or a Dev on here were I can send them the proof I have and hopefully resolve something?
