Connecting to game from broswer is not working
its been 2 days since im trying to connect to the game from any type of broswer, i deleted all broswers caches and still not working, i checked on my cmd to see the packets and it says im sending packets but not receiving any of them so that means its a problem from game, please take in consideration and fix it, thank you and have a nice day!

Sorry, but there were no changes to this, and it's working fine here.
i tried using direct link or first link in the main page and tried different networks and devices and yet still not loading up the game page, i can log in only from phone app using the same network as pc, i cannot find what s wrong here.
It doesnt work for me on microsoft edge either only on chrome it works

Only thing I can think is that possibly your IP address changed and is in a range known for bad actors now (and hence blocked). PM me your IP address and I can check if you like. You could also try using a vpn to see if this is the case.
it has nothing to do with ip because i tested the same thing with my mobile hotspot and still the page is not loading, i also downloaded chrome to test and its not working on it aswell, is the problem the region or something which wont let the game page load? everything else is working on laptop but the game is not. Also i tried the same thing in a different region like few miles away and yet still not working

What exactly do you see when you try? What does it say in the dev console?
It says that www.arcanelegends.com takes too long to respond (basically not responding) when i checked in cmd to ping game it says that i sent 4 packets to the game but i get 0 in return, basically not responding
