Would it be possible to add a second proc to the weapon of your choice?

For example,

Arcane weapons: receive 2 procs. If you are a rogue, you can only use rogue weapon items 1st proc is from the original weapon, 2nd proc is from the weapon of your choice like Kraken bow+ frost touch bow

Mythic Weapons can only add other mythic weapon procs, for example mage with Frost touch gun+runic flare proc.


Just an idea. Could be beneficial.
