Fix star beast staff

Can mage get the same proc as rogue and war for sb staff, it’s the only thing stopping mage from doing 18 stack. This will be the 2nd season mage has been at a disadvantage for aps and for overall LB every little bit matters.

Mages cant even easily do 16 while wars and rogues fly by 18, some wars now even doing 20. Changing sb staff to an instant proc buff like Sb dags or a pull like aegis is all that needs to be changed.

If u can't do 16 that's a skill issue. I've done 16 as a mage. 18 is next to impossible i can admit that.

I didn't say mages cant do 16 i said its not easy on mage. While any rogue or war can do 16/18 with no problems lol
