Hello assomers i am writting this to inform your about my ign being stolen because of the 12 day re-use system, can you please help me with this. I am really upset cuz i was just shifting it to a toon and now its gone. Can i retrieve my ign someway?

Probably best to submit a ticket so we can look into it, but did you delete a character and wait a while or did you delete a character and the name was immediately gone?

This almost happen to me too i thought it was 12-14 days and i think my ign was available already in only 6-8 days but luckily i caught it

We're not going to reveal the exact amount of time, but the unavailability duration is to release the name, but still have it available in case you want to rename an alt. Trying to store the name reservation for other purposes is at your own risk.

1. don't tell anyone ur ign you want to move, if its ur main better rename and wait a bit before trying to move
2. delete the char and try to claim it on second account every day a few times per day up to 14 days until it works
3. if its 3 letter rare ign, you'll want to try to claim it more times per day
4. ???
