Please clarify- So we definitely should be seeing 15% boost to points from egg opening if using the event elixir?

Also, can we get Start button added to multiplayer event map, please? I've been waiting 5 minutes for like-minded players to join but no luck on that. Lixes are wasting away and this will be another wasted energy. I'm not sure why we need to beg for this every circle start event, it is always an issue for lower level players every time.
