name change trough accounts

hi i recently deleted 1 account in order to get the name on other for test, but is says the name is taken, is there a cooldown before i can do that?

Names are reserved for the account that was using them for a while when renaming/deleting. If you don't want the chance of someone else taking it, use it for a character on the same account.
