Bunny ring

Viewing the ring in auction the description says it gives a 20%spirit xp buff. Then if you click on the ring in auction or view it in your inventory it now says 25% spirit buff followed by the proc description.
Is it supposed to 20 or 25% because currently in stats it show 20%
