Hello everyone, first of all, this is meant to be a construtctive thread, i want to see the game improve and its not meant to be pure negative criticism,my goal is to offer my feedback and ideas.
That being said, lets start, i think the current skill system tree its not good, it need improvements, im talking mainly about skill upgrades mostly(but not only), most of them are pointless, for example here we can see one of windmill upgrades

it gives 15% chances of pulling enemies... im not a fan of "chances" when we talking about a skill, because its so unreliable, but atleast make it any relevant chance, 15% is too low expecially for a skill with such a long cd, same thing with mage lightning

the conditions here are strict already, because the skill must kill a mob for it to activate the effect, and the chances are also too low to be any relevant.. 25% if charged, the game have a fast gameplay nowdays with procs and haste and speed sets etc,we rarely charge a skill nowdays, and even if we do it, its for what? 25% chance? and the upgrade dont help much 5% uncharged and 10% its not good enough, also many skills have this "armor debuff" upgrade... which is totally useless like here

a 10% armor debuff which is useless mostly, i tested it, and it doesent stack with weapons proc or pets passives etc..
or what about war axe bleeding update?

25% chance of bleeding.. again its a really low chance, expecially for a long cd skill like axe.. but its also useless, i mean we have axe mastery that guarantee bleeding anyways, i dont see the point of this upgrade.
Then last i want to talk about ultimates, are becoming a bit outdated with the fast game play we have, but they do have an use in some content still, but i think mage ulti energize need a rework now

we alrdy have tons of haste... and since it caps at 70% its really pointless, i mean i alrdy have 40% haste only from my set and pet lol with procs i alrdy go up 70%... and usign this ulti give me just a 1 or 2% extra haste, whats the point of it then? I wont speak about rogues, because i dont play that class since years, so i let others add on that topic, waiting for feedbacks
