Loading issues

I'm suddenly experiencing loading issues. It takes 3 to 5 minutes for the game to load. S24 ultra. I've cleared cache and data. Restarted phone. Uninstall_installed. Reset all settings back to factory. Set everything to performance mode. Unrestricted battery usage. 120hz frame rate. Also .. when it does finally load it's like I'm playing on a very low frame rate. It's unplayable. My wifi insanely good. My latency is like 30.

Also.. I don't experiencing any issues with any other game I've tried downloading and playing including large games.

*frame rate is set to best in app settings also.
*same with wifi , 5g, or at my brother's house using his wifi

Check the battery saver option in the options menu.
