Rogue proc with HB heroic sabra vs heroic holley

Hi guys,
I'm a rogue player and I noticed that procs seem easier when I use haste pet (in HB & AA) compared to when I don't.

My usual mob-clearing pet combo was: Passive Skeletop, HB Heroic Sabra, and AA Heroic Pere.

Based on that "haste helps proc" theory, I upgraded my HB Heroic Sabra to Heroic Holley — both have the same haste (25%), but Holley has higher speed (35% vs 30%).
However, after switching to Heroic Holley, I feel like procs are actually harder to trigger, or they don't happen at the same time anymore (between my Krak weapon proc and Blood artifact).

Anyone know what's going on? Or have any tips?
