Ignore List + Reason

Would be nice to have a Ignore list with Reason, so I can remember why I ignored the user. Because its hard to tell why I ignored someone after a while.

Example: /ignore {user} {reason}

if reason empty so he will be added normally with no reason to the Ignore list.

I don't want to have to store custom strings per ignore per character per account, so you'll just need to keep track of this (pen and paper, document, etc.).
