Name changes between characters

I would like to propose that we can easily changes name in between character in our accounts so basically they just swap it, since i got a few good name from my other character from before and i heard if we delete the char it would take it 14 days? so i just want to swap between my main and alt char i hope this can be imply + same cost of changing name if possible thanks

As far I know, the cooldown only applies to different accounts, that said, you can delete an alt and automatically put the ign on any other character of the same account.

Agreed since i do have gear/items that in the character so if i delete it the item would be vanished + make things easier
