pvp level bug?

im recently experienced this bug at the level 71 pvp lobby

In the level 71 lobby l76 players joined and then the lobby becamed l76 an l80 player joined and 76s left from the lobby and l71 players joined, after the match was over the lobby becamed again l71 and the l80 player who was in the l76 lobby could join to the l71 lobby by clicking "next game" button

the lobby in my understanding became same level as the players on it (4 out of 6 on the forest fight map was level l71 so the level l76 lobby got again l71), 4 similar level players in the lobby make the lobby same as they level

and this l80 bear is was able to kill the l71 players with 1 auto hit or any of 1 skill what take damage cause the huge gear gap in the levels

others told me it's called "merging" but maybe a bug so i posted it in forums to clarify.

in my suggestion players just need a pvp what is same level only so at a l71 host only l71s could join cause everyone is who plays pvp are has only 71 accs, but few l76 players rush them

I don't mind that it exists, it has its benefits. He makes a good point though, technically a bug?

71-80 is a pvp tier, so sounds like expected behavior, though I haven't looked in detail.

i want to suggest to make it just like this l71 only can join to l71 hosted game, l76 just l76 hosted game and go on, recently all pvpers has l71 account and they "experience" "fun" and "fair play" usally get ruined by l76 rushers and it's maked lots of people's leave from pvp now it's soon dies and we want change. it's might lot to ask but it would really equalized the big gap between l71 and l76 gear cause l76 is way too stronger 2x more at least cause the new passive skills

okay now it's completely bugging and glitching, in an l71 game we finded an l85 and l80 its not supposed to be happen, something messed up, levels can change to l76 from l71 and l80s can join but now in a l71 lobby there was a l85, a YouTuber posted about this here the video link:

lets fix the pvp to same level as the host could only join only so no more complications
