I am writing to report a frustrating and unwanted purchase that occurred recently. When I accessed the vendor menu, the items shifted after the stock reset—items that were previously at the bottom suddenly appeared at the top. As a result, I accidentally clicked and purchased the Heroic Chest: Dauphin for 1,600 platinum.
This was completely unintentional. I had no intention of purchasing the chest, and I am sure the sudden change in the menu layout directly contributed to this error. I am sure you understand that no player would intentionally spend 1.6k platinum on such a chest by mistake.
I would kindly request a one-time cancellation of this transaction and a refund of my platinum if possible. I have always enjoyed playing Arcane Legends and I hope this little mishap can be resolved with your kind support.
