Achievement bug

I’d like to point out im level 71, I have purchased the “Access all instance” elixir and I was achievement hunting/ title hunting. I was not able to get the “Platonius the Molten” achievement / corresponding title. I killed him three times, but no success. I was able to get the other titles from the other map on this same Level 71 character. Is this a bug? Is this intentional? If this is a bug, please refund me my 5 platinum since it was all a waste and I could not get this title while using that elixir.

Not a bug. The big gold reward boss achievements require being appropriate level for the campaign. Feel free to contact support (link).
